The artisan - Lorenzo Toni was born in 1938 and became a sculpture master by the 1970s. This hand painted sculpture is of an old man with tattered and patched clothing carrying a small basket of market vegetables while leaning on a walking stick. This is highly detailed and is totally made from a Marble Powder Resin Composite. Made in Italy. A superb addition to your collection or home decor! Displays wonderfully! Measures approximately 20" tall on a 5 1/2" wide base. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Casting flaws are found on both ear lobes. This is a common problem. See photos for the best description.
