'PLUTO' Pluto (Hades), standing in a niche, holding a flaming torch in both hands. This print is part of a series of eight classical gods based on Polidoro da Caravaggio's frescoes. Made by Hendrick Goltzius after Hendrick Goltzius after Polidoro da Caravaggio. Medium: Engraving on hand laid (verge) paper. Sheet size: 21.3 x 35.4 cm (8.39 x 13.94 inch).
