Up for consideration is an Antique portrait of the Pentinent Mary Magadelane after one of the great Italian Old Masters. The overall dimensions of the frame is 14 by 16 inches with the oval view being 6.75 by 8.5 inches. The frame is iconic 1840's 1830's naturalistic tree bark trim Gothic type frame with carved wood matting. The painting itself is on canvas and has been affixed to a hand carved wooden panel. Not sure if the portrait was original to the frame or a fragment from early times placed in the frame...there is some writing on the inside back of carved wood matting. Anyways a great old piece full of old world charm and of course not overwhelming large so yes there is room for just one more! If you have any questions or something to share please message me.
